There is considered the task of production plan development with the help of intellectual analysis of the current situation according to the key criteria. The authors offer the use of mathematical tools of fuzzy logic in order to analyze the production situation and to make recommendations on the choice of the optimal production plan, as well as a checking mechanism of the consistency of recommendations with the actual preferences of the person taking management decisions.

All rights reserved.This article presents the results of the study of the efficiency of the use of production capacity in the textile industry of the Namangan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the methods of multidimensional statistical analysis. The article is divided into several parts, and the introduction justifies the relevance and demand of the conducted study, shows the compliance of the study with the priority direction of development of science and technology of the republic, reveals the scientific and practical significance of the obtained results, the introduction into practice of the results of the study. According to the authors, the efficiency of managing the use of production capacities in the textile industry is interpreted as an effort to organize their maximum use by assessing the degree of equal employment of technologies in existing production volumes or accepted capacities. The research carried out by the authors allowed to reveal the essence of the process of organization of efficient use of production capacities as a combined interrelated types of mechanisms and methods, which determine the conditions of rational combination of types of activities with organizational and managerial character, production facilities, production space, technologies and use of labor resources, the implementation of which will contribute to fulfillment of consumer requirements to the assortment, quantity and quality of produced products. The authors propose an algorithm for carrying out a study of production capacities selected using a cluster analysis method as the main object of the study on the basis of systematized factors characterizing the state of production capacity use. This technique is universal and can be used in the study of the efficiency of industrial production capacity utilization at the meso level.

The task of developing a specialized Learning Support System with respect to specifics of the subject is considered. Specifics of the subject area of the “Decision Making Theory” course demonstrated the impossibility of presenting the educational process in a given area of knowledge using the existing LMS. The authors propose a universal mechanism for managing laboratory workshops as a tool for monitoring and evaluating the degree of ‘‘Decision-Making Theory’’ course material assimilation. The proposed approach can be used in subject areas focused on computations using spreadsheets.

T. Saati hierarchy analysis method, which allows us to obtain indicators’ weight coefficients by paired comparisons of them, is considered. A method for increasing the accuracy of estimates formed by an expert is proposed. The increase in accuracy is achieved by instantly visualizing the results of the comparisons for their prompt adjustment by an expert. This work was supported by RFFI grant № 20-010-00708\20.

An example of an adaptation one of the existing project management methodological tools, namely the “loyalty program”, for projects of a global nature (megaprojects) is given. The authors propose the use of elements of the decision-making process theory and the method of T. Saati hierarchy analysis method for the analysis of megaproject key characteristics.     © 2021 IEEE.The article is devoted to the problem of evaluation of the loyalty program efficiency. The subject area of the article is the implementation of megaprojects in the sphere of nuclear energy, in particular, the construction of nuclear power plants on the territory of other countries. The authors offer the evaluation method of public attitude to the planned megaproject and identification of problematic aspects for further organization of target-oriented events for public loyalty enhancement. As the key criteria are given: The level of knowledge about the nuclear industry, consumer attitude, consumer benefits. The variation of the attitude of society's representatives is shown depending on the level of administrative-Territorial division: from the country in general to a specific settlement. It is also given an example of forming a portrait of a representative of the society with quantitative evaluations of certain criteria. Recommended priorities and corresponding target impacts are considered as well.

The authors of the article propose the application of the practice of contextual advertising for the purpose of informing the public about projects in the field of nuclear energy and forming a positive attitude towards it. Also, it is given the algorithm of working with Internet users aimed at increasing the level of public loyalty to nuclear energy technologies. The criteria for analyzing the activities of users on the Internet are proposed, as well as a flexible approach to determining the number of differentiable groups of users in order to ensure the expediency of labor inputs for creating various scenarios and forms of information presentation with consideration for the individual characteristics of users.

    © 2021 IEEE.The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of the IT-department. The authors propose using a mathematical model for obtaining a consolidated assessment of employees. Evaluation is formed according to criteria that take into account the IT department specifics. The developed specialized criteria for evaluation are presented in detail. Individual grading scales are proposed for each selected criterion. The methodology which is used to assess the IT department employee effectiveness can also be used as a tool for training future specialists. Since the criteria were formed on the example of a real operating organization with its actual structure of work and the requirements of the IT department, even at the stage of obtaining higher professional education, it is possible to conduct preliminary training of students based on given and alternative examples focused on the real needs of organizations. Knowledge of the criteria, rating scales, and their importance for the enterprise will help future specialists integrate quickly into organisations' work processes.
