The condition of the equipment is represented in the form of a fuzzy situational network with a three-level structure. The following levels are distinguished: situational, network and factor.

All rights reserved.This paper presents a simple novel IPM matrix computation method, which does not require any additional solutions to calculate homography matrices. This method only requires determining the distance from camera to projecting surface. It's simplicity allows execution even on very small energy-efficient embedded device processors without use of complex libraries such as OpenCV, that cannot be deployed there. Furthermore, it has strictly analytical solution, which allows avoidance of false optimums that are probable in heuristic methods for optimization. We provide formulas, that are easy transferable to any device and can be calculated using standard math libraries.

This paper considers an approach that combines multiple ways of managing personal knowledge into a hybrid system in an attempt to compensate for shortcomings of its components.

Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.From the point of view of finite time thermodynamics, the performance boundaries of thermal machines are considered, taking into account the irreversibility of the heat exchange processes of the working fluid with hot and cold sources. We show how the dynamics of heat exchange affects the shape of the optimal cycle of a heat engine and its performance, in particular, energy conversion efficiency in the maximum power mode. This energy conversion efficiency can depend only on the ratio of the heat transfer coefficients to the sources, or not depend on them at all. A class of dynamic functions corresponding to “natural” requirements is introduced and it is shown that, for any dynamics from this class, the optimal cycle consists of two isotherms and two adiabats, not only for the maximum power problem, but also for the problem of maximum energy conversion efficiency at a given power. Examples are given for calculating the parameters of the optimal cycle for the cases when the heat transfer coefficient to the cold source is arbitrarily large, and for dynamics in the form of a linear phenomenological (Fourier heat transfer) law.

All rights reserved.The paper analyzes and summarizes the results of the study of the features of the functioning and transformation of a particular type of spatial systems, namely anthropogenic. These systems are formed for different purposes of human activity. Refinements of basic definitions are offered and it is shown that stability of functioning for such systems is the most significant indicator of their existence. The ability of anthropogenic systems to self-development and the influence of self-development on their transformation under the influence of internal and external influences and factors are considered. Proposals for the application of methodological foundations of system diagnostics of the state and transformation of anthropogenic spatial systems, as well as the possibility of their algorithmization and information support are presented.

All rights reserved.Filling liquefied natural gas (LNG) into the vehicles onboard tanks is one of the most dangerous production operations when using LNG as a motor fuel. Technical requirements form the volume of hazardous substance (LNG) stored at the refueling facility and restrictions on fire distances (gaps) and measures, which leads to an increase in the facilitys area and the cost of its construction and operation. One of the ways to reduce costs associated with protective measures is to limit the amount of fuel stored at the facility, while providing the flow of vehicles with fuel with its limited reserves at refueling facilities. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use the planning of the process of refueling vehicles using fuzzy logic methods using artificial intelligence. As a result, the fueling companys fuel information service provides drivers with recommendations on possible refueling locations, fuel costs, available fuel volumes, and waiting times.

At the same time, the unevenness of fuel consumption negatively affects the energy and economic efficiency of the production activities of automobile gas-filling compressor stations. The paper proposes algorithms for controlling compressor equipment that reduce this negative effect. The application of the theory of fuzzy sets and the fuzzy inference algorithm for estimating the parameters and the residual resource of gas equipment in the presence of fuzzy values in the equations allows us to obtain numerical values of the uncertainty of the estimated parameters. The use of varying the test results of equipment (nominal reference objects) allows you to make informed decisions when operating a vehicle if an expert has results for a limited number of tests with a set of models built on their basis.
