In this work, we used a combined absorption-fluorescence-Raman approach to the optical investigation of brain tissue. The proposed approach allowed taking into account the blood fill, oxygenation, accumulation of fluorescent biomarker, and Raman signal to estimate a degree of malignancy of the tissue. © 2022 IEEE.
