Today, devices are also expected to be able to quickly determine the geometry of the source, and not only from a set of standard ones. The method discussed in the article describes how the use of SiPM matrices allows detecting angular characteristics of the direction of gamma radiation incidence on the detector, allowing you to determine the position and types of sources. The detector created by this method has high sensitivity and resolution. These properties make it possible to use it in nuclear medicine to study the distribution of isotopes in the human body, in crystallography, archaeology, radiation safety systems, etc.

A principle of operation of a new device of transcranial magnetic stimulation using nanostructured composites is proposed. The system wires Cu-Nb are considered as an example of nanostructured composites. The analysis was carried out from the point of view of electrophysical, thermophysical and strength properties. According to the study, conclusions were made about the prospects for using materials of this class as a functional material for a stimulating probe of a portable device of transcranial magnetic stimulation.

The information model of the original methodology for the standard process of experimental measurement and study of the electrophysical properties of composites comprehensively takes into account the characteristics associated with their industrial production (quality assurance systems, safety, certification, etc.) in order to develop experimental measurement methods and new standards, including standards of enterprises, methodological guidelines, work programs for the development of high-tech production advanced materials and products.

The non-standard arrangement of the table is caused by the need to use special accessories to hold third-party embedded elements of the case. A metal part-a contactor-is used as an embedded element. Due to the specific mortgage they made, as well as the experimental equipment, the authors came to the conclusion that it is economically more expedient to design and manufacture a prototype 3D printer than to modify the existing device. A sample of the FDM printing device was designed, manufactured and tested.

In National Research Nuclear University MEPhI we have examples of implementation of new engineering courses and programs for cyber physical education. In this paper we discuss the problems and results of application of information measuring systems which main purpose is for research and development needs, for educational tasks.

Among these are big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence and neural networks, and the Internet of Things (IoT). In order to have an understanding of digital processes and their social effect, it is necessary to describe social systems and social sectors of the economy in new terms and through a new understanding of the impact of the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. One element of such a description is the problem of developing and transforming an academic ecosystem to launch and implement interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of the social and technical sciences. That is why we have developed the concept of the Philologist Automated Workplace as an element of the academic ecosystem for launching and implementing interdisciplinary research projects at the intersection of social and technical sciences.

The procedure for measuring the anisotropy of electrophysical properties and the results of the study of some samples are presented.

Leading universities are developing their own Learning Management Systems (LMS) based on information and Internet technologies. However, in higher education there are certain educational tasks in the interdisciplinary field. One of them is the task of successfully developing atomic engineering education. In this article, we present the basic design principles and architecture features of a specific LMS for the development of economic skills for education in the field of nuclear technology.
