    © 2020 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.The article reveals problems in the trade between EAEU countries, proposing the solution. Such processes as globalization and digitalization are caused by the technological advance influencing trade among EAEU countries. Some of the problems have been identified relatively recently, and some have been discovered long time ago, however, they have not found a proper solution. The existing shortcomings in the activities of the EAEU pose a significant threat to the security of the member States. The authors of the article stress the solution to the current problems faced by members of EAEU, offering the implementation of blockchain technologies. New model of trading platform, from the authors' stand point, will allow member States to solve current problems and to prevent illegal actions.

    In the modern high-tech era, the world economy has found itself in the process of a global transformation. A couple of years ago the Internet was a sort of addition to offline business. The events of recent years, such as the pandemic and the introduction of remote technologies for work and study, forced humanity to plunge into virtual reality like never before, which became the reason for the formation of digitalisation. Despite the fact that the "Digital Economy"has become widespread among advanced countries, and blockchain technology, smart contracts are becoming increasingly popular in the world, in this area there are still a number of problems that need to be solved for the safe use of technology. It should be taken into account that despite the rapid development of digital technology in the world, along with it the probability of new unexplored risks increases. It is also necessary to consider the issue of national security of the country during the development and implementation of information technology, especially in government agencies. It is necessary to take into account that there is a huge work to be done in terms of development of normative-legal regulation of these issues and improvement of legislation in the field of information technology and information security. © 2022 IEEE.

    © 2021, Journal of Thermal Engineering All Rights Reserved.In the article there was made theoretical generalization and the new solution of the scientific problem, which is manifested in the conceptualization of the process of intellectualization of international trade, there were identified manifestations and tendencies, there were defined the mechanisms and effectiveness of entrepreneurship development. Among the wide range of endogenous and exogenous factors in the development of intellectualization of international trade, its modern dominants should be distinguished: digitization of world commodity exchange, global improvement of international trade procedures, the deployment of the fourth industrial revolution and the development of human capital. At the same time, the key areas of intellectualization of world trade relations are economic, institutional, social and environmental ones, which shows a wide range of their manifestations: increase in volume and share of services and objects of intellectual property in the structure of global trade, increase in volume of share of high-tech and intellectual goods and services in structures of world export and import, development of international e-commerce, simplification and acceleration of trade procedures, digitization of trade processes, creativization of international marketing technologies, modernization of existing and development of new norms and rules of trade relations, development of educational potential and human capital, global environmentalization of supply and demand.
