Intelligent planning and control of construction processes of integrated expert system is the main subject of this paper. Problem-oriented methodology of integrated expert system construction is used as a theoretical basis. The development of theoretical and software implementation of intelligent software environment is discussed, which is performed by adding special operational component - intelligent planner which performs planning and control of construction process. Planning method is described in details and software implementation details are briefly given. Intelligent planner is implemented as a part of AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench.

M.; Рыбина, Галина Валентиновна© 2019, Allerton Press, Inc.Abstract: This work is focused on the topical problem of developing efficient software tools to design intelligent systems, in particular, integrated expert systems (IESs), which have powerful functionality and scalable architecture. Automated planning methods are employed to facilitate IES development at the design and requirement analysis stages. General problems of developing a modern software tool base for IES design are discussed. In this context, the intelligent software environment of the AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench for IES development based on the problem-oriented methodology is described. The problem of planning the IES prototyping process is investigated, which forms the basis for implementing the basic components of the intelligent software environment (intelligent planner and technological knowledge base). An automation method based on heuristic search is proposed. The use of the intelligent software environment is illustrated by the development of a dynamic IES prototype for controlling and planning medical resources in serious road traffic accidents.

All rights reserved.The purpose of this work is to show some methodological aspects of software engineering, reflecting the departmental view that has developed over the years on issues of training specialists in the field of PT, and also highlight and briefly characterize modern innovations that are currently used for practical implementation of the educational process on the basis of the ontological approach and the use of tutoring integrated expert systems (IES) to support basic courses / disciplines. The formation of the modern scientific and educational appearance of the department in the field of PT is naturally associated with the historical, conceptual and technological integration of three specializations (“Computer Software”, “Intelligent Systems and Technologies” and "Automated Information Systems") within the “Software Engineering” training area, which is reflected in the creation of a single ontological space of knowledge and skills on the basis of which, using the technology of teaching IES, competence-oriented models of graduates were constructed. The ontological approach integrates heterogeneous knowledge, data, documents (FSES standards) and others allows you to effectively organize the educational process in the field of "Software Engineering" using the most modern technologies in the development and use of intelligent systems of various classes.

Dynamic intelligent systems are actively in demand in commercial and industrial applications. However, the effect of their application largely depends on the availability of modern software tools that automate the development of intelligent systems. At AI laboratory of NRNU MEPhI we develop dynamic integrated expert systems with AT TECHNOLOGY – software platform that implements problem-oriented methodology.
