A method for calculating transient processes and the associated integral indicators of current delivery to cardiac tissue, i.e., impedance, residual polarization voltage, electrical capacity, and charge transfer efficiency, was proposed. Model experiments were performed to test coatings made of different materials. The study results can be used in designing up-to-date cardiac pacemaker systems.
