А.; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Максимова, Анастасия Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.By using the Monte Carlo method, a numerical study has been conducted to calculate the current-voltage characteristics of a high-temperature superconductor with intrinsic pinning sites and the additional ones in the form of antidots in different magnetic fields. Varioustypes of antidot distribution among the sample such as a random distribution, triangular and square lattice and their conformal transformations, have been considered. Descending critical current density dependencies on the magnetic field for different samples have been acquired. Averaged vortex configurations of samples for different antidot distributions at the same magnetic field and transport current have been acquired. The most effective antidot distribution has been determined.

A.; Kashurnikov, V. A.; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич© 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.Using the Monte Carlo method, the full and partial magnetization loops of a YBCO superconductor have been studied. The partial loops simulated field inhomogeneities occurring on magnetic tracks in levitation systems. The influence of temperature and defect concentration on the shape and area of the full and partial hysteretic curves has been studied. The highest considered defect concentration provided the least partial curve area which meant less hysteresis energy losses and greater levitation stability.

A.; Максимова, Анастасия Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Руднев, Игорь АнатольевичThe penetration of a magnetic flux into an anisotropic superconductor placed in a gradient magnetic field equivalent to a permanent magnet field is studied numerically. Vortex configurations formed in a defect-free superconductor and also in a superconductor contained defects are calculated. It is shown that the penetration of an inhomogeneous magnetic field into a layered superconductor occurs via the formation of incomplete vortex lines at the boundary, which implies to the appearance of a magnetic field component parallel to the layers. The dependences of the magnetization and energy in magnetic field are calculated for a tree-dimensional HTSC sample and it is shown that there are minima at the energy plot corresponding to stable positions of a magnet with respect to the superconductor.

A.; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Максимова, Анастасия Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич© 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.Abstract: A vortex system of the Bi-2212 superconductor in an external magnetic field linearly increasing at different rates has been numerically simulated using the Monte Carlo method. The effect of the concentration and distribution of pinning centers on the penetration of the magnetic flux has been studied. Features of the flux penetration have been observed and described in terms of the vortex system dynamics and the conditions for their occurrence have been determined. The increasing dependences of the saturation field on the defect concentration in homogeneous and inhomogeneous samples have been obtained.

A.; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич; Максимова, Анастасия Николаевна; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич© 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.By using the Monte Carlo method, electric field relaxation has been numerically studied in a 2D layered HTS with defects. Time dependences of the electric field strength inside the sample for an instantaneous rise of electric current have been calculated for different temperatures. The influence of temperature on the shape of such dependences has been demonstrated. The impact of a rectangular current pulse on the vortex system has been studied. The value of the response field strength and its dependence on the amplitude and duration of the pulse have been calculated as well as the impact of pulse duration on the shape of the response.

N.; Kashurnikov, V. A.; Rudnev, I. A.; Maksimova, A. N.; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич; Максимова, Анастасия НиколаевнаThe impact of temperature on the pulsed magnetization of a high-temperature superconductor (HTS) has been numerically studied. The resulting trapped field (TF) and its distribution over the HTS have been calculated for samples with random and periodic pinning (a regular triangular lattice). The increasing ambient temperature (within the considered values) has been shown to improve the field-trapping efficiency and lead to the possibility of pumping more flux into the sample with each consecutive pulse (contrary to the low-temperature case). Various pulse shapes produced different results at high temperatures. Trapezoidal pulses showed the highest efficiency owing to the constant-field segments during which the vortices continued to enter the sample. The critical (activation) field of flux jumps has been shown to decrease with the rising temperature. At the highest considered temperature (30 K), the flux jumps occurred during the TF relaxation. To the best of our knowledge, such calculations have been done for the first time.

A.; Мороз, Анна Николаевна; Максимова, Анастасия Николаевна; Кашурников, Владимир Анатольевич; Руднев, Игорь Анатольевич© 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.A numerical investigation of the response of a HTS with different numbers of defects to the action of rectangular magnetic field pulses with a varying amplitude is carried out. The time dependences of a magnetic field trapped by the superconductor are calculated at different pulse parameters. The values of the HTS response to pulsed and gradual magnetization and demagnetization of the sample are compared, which reveals that magnetic flux trapping is more efficient under the action of pulses. A feature in the behavior of the vortex lattice acted on by field pulses is established, which relates to correlation between the number of defects and pulse amplitude. Flux trapping is shown to have a maximum dependent on the concentration of defects at each pulse amplitude.
