Absolute and relative fecundity of 43 tench females from the Lake Patryki (Masurian Lake District, Poland) was correlated with body size, ovary weight, egg diameter, and age. The multiple regression analysis showed the fecundity of the population studied to be best characterised by the total and gutted fish body weights.
