| dc.description | Subject of this work, are the studies on morphological characters, length, age and rate of growth, age composition, reproduction and feeding of Pagellus acarne (Risso). It had been ascertained that, in regions investigated (Cap Blanc and Rio de Oro), this species forms at least two separate local stocks which among other features, differ in morphological characters and in rate of growth, in condition and in period of sex changing (hermaphroditism). | |
