© 2019 IEEE.The urgency of solving the problem of dynamic measurements of current human bio-parameters with the purpose of managing the human factor to ensure the trouble-free operation of potentially hazardous facilities (PHF) of the energy sector is shown. Attention is focused on the complex nature of the applied remote technologies for measuring human bio-parameters. Optical long wave infrared technology highlighted as the most promising. It is shown that the movement of air masses with different temperatures is a destabilizing factor that reduces the accuracy of dynamic temperature measurements of informative areas of the face. An approach is proposed that allows minimizing the effect of this factor by measuring and compensating for temperature disturbances in the air near the face. The implementation of the approach in practice makes it possible to improve the signal-to-noise ratio when digitally processing an image of a person in the infrared range.
