| dc.description.abstract | The final qualifying work includes an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, a list of literature sources, and applications. Within the scope of this final qualifying work, was examined the financial position of PJSC "Novatek", and research was conducted on the prospects for the development of the gas industry enterprise under conditions of increased uncertainty. Chapter one discusses the theoretical aspects of modeling under conditions of increased uncertainty, relevant tools of strategic analysis, such as PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, BCG matrix, SWOT analysis, and SPACE analysis, as well as financial modeling methods. Chapter two examines the financial condition of the researched company, as well as describing their business activities, including their business model and activity specifics; it also studies financial stability, efficiency and business activity indicators. Chapter three carries out a strategic analysis of the global and Russian gas industry, models scenarios of the development of the Russian gas market, and evaluates the impact of changes in the market environment on the activities of gas companies in Russia. | |
