© 2020, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.A high-performance ultrasonic ac frequency generator for supplying power to an induction heater of casing tubes or oil web tubing in wells with high-viscosity oil is developed and tested. The device is located inside the well together with an inductor and converts the energy of a direct current from the ground into an ac current.
