Аннотация
The theme of the final qualification work is «Risk Assessment in the Food Industry by the Example of open joint stock corporation «Milkom». The work has the following structure: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter of the final qualification work includes the theoretical aspects of the risk management system in the company. In the second section, the main indicators and risks of OJSC «Milkom» are calculated. The third section is devoted to forecasting the main indicators of OJSC «Milkom» in a three-year perspective, taking into account the use of the proposed risk minimization measures and without. The purpose of the final qualification work is to analyze the dairy industry, assess the risks of the enterprise and develop ways to minimize them. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to study the theoretical aspects of risk management, investigate the selected industry and company for risks, propose a risk reduction program and predict its outcome. The object of research is the company OJSC «Milkom». The subject of the research is the risk management process of OJSC «Milkom».
