Аннотация
The final qualification work is written on the topic of formation of investment portfolio and management of its risks. The subject of this work is portfolio investment. The objects of investment in this work are securities (shares and bonds). The main purpose of qualification work is to analyze efficiency of investment in securities of various issuers and to develop recommendations on portfolio management. The graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a list of literature and annexes. The introduction examines the relevance of this work, its goals and basic methods. The first chapter presents a theoretical material on investments. The second chapter considers individual sectors of the economy in terms of their attractiveness for investments. Analysis of the current state of the market, specific tips and recommendations on portfolio management are considered in the third chapter. Methods such as study of the theological aspects of investment activity, analysis of the market and prospects of development of financial investments, study of key issuers of selected segments, formation of the ready investment portfolio and recommendations on its management are used to achieve the goals. The result of qualification work is a ready investment portfolio with predictable indicators of risk and profitability. The conclusion presents the main results of the work.
