© 2020 IEEE.High confidence in the definition of operational personnel psycho-emotional stat is achieved by using a modern element base (processing environment)-a unified neuromorphic platform in the form of a fractal memristive structure with space-parametric self-learning. Experimental study of the proposed platform revealed its ability to synthesize new structural solutions and "dimensions"of the operational personnel psycho-emotional stat information representation.
