dc.description.abstract | A scheme of a compact holographic wavefront sensor based on combination of computer-generated hologram and computer-generated Fresnel lens is presented. This scheme allows optical aberration measurement with high precision. The presented optical scheme is tested and compared to a scheme with physical Fourier lens. | |
