dc.description.abstract© 2021 IEEE.Simplicity, speed and safety of work are the defining factors when working with documents. Version control of a given document, transferring a photograph of a document to the text, comparing documents-all these tasks are time consuming, laborious and prone to errors on the part of the user, especially when manually implemented. At the moment, there is not a single solution that allows us to solve these problems without the difficulties associated with working with different services. The article describes the implementation of such a tool-a graphical application using Python as a basis. Based on solutions to some of the challenges posed, a multifunctional tool was created with an emphasis on ease of use. The use of the solution does not require special knowledge, and it relies on open-source work, which ensures that everything that is used in the application will stay available.
