The purpose of this graduate qualified work is to conduct a comprehensive risk analysis and develop measures to reduce them. The subject of this work is the analysis of financial and non-financial risks of the organization. The object is a Group of «Acron». The work analyzes the global market, exports and imports of mineral fertilizers and the chemical industry, as well as a comprehensive risk assessment of the «Acron» Group. Based on the analysis, the main risks of the enterprise are identified and measures to reduce them are proposed. One comprehensive proposal to reduce the main risks of the organization is the launch of a project through SPIC 2.0 for the production of lime-ammonium nitrate with a capacity of 600 thousand tons per year, for which the financial model was sharpened and the feasibility of the project was evaluated. The proposal regarding the dividend policy is related to the restriction of dividend payments. It is proposed to add an upper limit of 50 % of net profit under IFRS. It also suggests measures to conclude long-term futures contracts with payment terms at fixed rates and insurance that does not exceed the amount of losses, will reduce the impact of financial risks, which will reduce future transport and financial costs. Additional other measures, such as insurance, entering into forward transactions, limiting the maximum amounts owed to each counterparty, phased delivery of raw materials or phased payment, will reduce credit and liquidity risk in terms of operating activities.
