dc.description.abstractThis paper concerns the study of the effect of the stable gallium carrier and its concentration on the biodistribution of a new osteotropic compound based on N,N,N ' N '-ethylenediaminetetrakis (methylene phosphonic acid) and gallium-68 (Ga-68-EDTMP). The studies are performed on intact Wistar rats. It is shown that the bone tissue activity increases as the carrier is added, whereas it decreases in internals and tissues. The carrier concentration has no significant effect on the Ga-68-EDTMP.
