| dc.description.abstract | The airline industry is one of the most sensitive to changes in the macro environment. It is currently being affected by completely new threats, the brightest example of which is the almost complete suspension of air traffic in 2020. In such a situation, even in spite of constant support from the government, it is almost impossible for airline executives to ignore the need to monitor their own safety. This requires a comprehensive assessment and prioritization of all risks associated with the activities of the company, which involves analysis of financial and non-financial statements in their interconnection; review of industry conditions and competitors' positions; and research into market trends. This amount of information is difficult to perceive in the decision-making process, which can shift the focus from important aspects to the factors that have less impact on the organization, which distorts the view of the situation. In this regard, the relevance of the work lies in the need to increase the accuracy of assessing the level of inherent risks through the structural differentiation of the degree of influence of the risks of each assessed component, which makes it possible to implement a risk-based approach to the issue of ensuring the stability and competitiveness of the organization. The purpose of the work is to identify and assess the threats and risks associated with the activities of the enterprise, using the means of fuzzy logic. Subject of the research - analysis of the economic activity of the Utair Group of companies. In order to achieve the objectives of the work were investigated the structure of the breakdown of the concept of «economic security», methods of fuzzy logic in assessing indicators, the state of the airline industry in Russia, the factors affecting each component of economic security on the example of the group. The result of the work is the calculation of the integrated indicator of the level of economic security for 3 years and the forecasting of the assessment for 2023, as well as the identification of the most significant threats to the security of the group of companies. | |
