dc.description.abstract | © 2021 IEEE.in this paper, ways to integrate chat-bots into corporate processes of enterprises are investigated. The subject of the research is the ICQ New messenger's chat-bot, which is integrated into the configuration of 1C: Enterprise during the research. The paper discusses the implementation of ICQ bot in the corporate structure of the company, as well as various features when interacting with the 1C: Enterprise's platform, such as recording the message history between the chat-bot and the messenger user, notification of system actions using the bot, ability to integrate the chat-bot in other configurations, etc. | |
