dc.description.abstract© 2020 IEEE.Microwave photonics approach for ultrabroadband signals processing has been investigated. In this case, optical filters select reference signals from optical frequency comb, which are used then for down-converting regions of the incoming RF spectrum using optical heterodyning technique. Then, low-rate electronic ADCs process photodetector's outputs enabling full mathematical recovery of the incoming signal.
