dc.description.abstract© 2022 Elsevier GmbHThe generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation with nonlinear chromatic dispersion and polynomial of powers with arbitrary refractive index is considered. The first integral of the nonlinear ordinary differential equation corresponding to the stationary solution of equation is presented. Analytical solutions for bright and dark stationary optical solitons described by the generalized mathematical model are found using transformations of variables.
