| dc.description.abstract | © 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.Abstract: We review the predicted properties of short-lived resonances produced in heavy-ion collisions at NICA energies and discuss their sensitivity to strangeness production, the hadronization mechanisms, rescattering and regeneration effects in the hadronic phase of nucleus-nucleus collisions. Results of feasibility studies for the reconstruction of resonances in the MPD experimental setup are also presented and discussed. | |
