dc.description.abstractThe influence of pulsed and continuous low-intensity infrared radiation on the morphology of HEK-293 cell cultures is compared. The effect of pulsed IR irradiation, which consists in increasing the optical contrast of cell boundaries, is proved. The mechanism of deformation of cell membranes during non-resonant light scattering is discussed.
