| dc.description.abstract | © 2020 International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence.The article reveals the mechanism for forming reliable information and analytical support for solving problems of optimizing the policy of managing the organization's capital structure based on optimizing the cost of servicing the components of equity and debt capital, maintaining the necessary level of financial stability, assessing risks and determining protective measures against the consequences of their implementation. A methodological tool for retrospective assessment and forecasting of the weighted average price of the organization's use of borrowed financial resources based on realistic accounting and analytical information is proposed. Refined traditional algorithms of calculation of interest levels, payment sources of funds in cash or kind to justify their additional involvement in various conditions of life on the basis of predicted parameters, and also for retrospective evaluation of the resulting effects on these financial, tax and analytical accounting. | |
