dc.description.abstract© 2022 IEEE.The concept of creating a software digital twin of electronic devices is considered. This digital twin can be used as the basis of virtual simulators that are part of electronic teaching and training aids in the field of operation of high-tech products (electronic devices). Definitions, goals, problems of the electronic device digital twin are given. Also, digital twin structure and a variant of its implementation using web technologies are introduced.
