dc.description.abstract© 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Two approaches to the design of analog ICs (AIS) for space applications are considered. The first approach is related to the modernization of industrial AIS by including dynamic current cascades (DCCs) in their structures. The second approach is based on the development of an input differential cascade (preamplifier) built on dynamic cascades (RHCM). In the design approaches under consideration, the improvement of AIS quality is achieved by using the synergistic effect (SE).
