dc.description.abstractUltrafast laser pulse interaction with a stainless steel surface leading to the formation of self-organized nanostructures is observed. Optical and scanning electron microscopy were used for sample characterization. We also demonstrated that, depending on the type of steel, the antibacterial properties change.
