© 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.Abstract: The variation of parameters of pulsed laser deposition with velocity filtration of an erosion plume in the frequency range of 4–33 Hz with different times of deposition on SrTiO3 (100) substrates at 730–750°C and different velocities of filtered particles was used to vary the characteristics of the R(T) dependence of YBa2Cu3O7 – x films with thicknesses of 150–200 nm. Deposition with a laser plume filtration frequency of about 30 Hz form a flat surface with a room temperature resistance that is twice as high as in films obtained without filtration, which implies the absence of easy transport paths for holes in the ab plane. A superconducting transition width ΔT of 2.5–2.9 K and T(R = 0) of up to 85.8 K are found with oxygen index y = 6.85, which corresponds to the characteristics of good films with this thickness. The oxygen index in the films is found to be higher (6.85–7.04) and lower (6.85–6.8) at filtering frequencies of 18–4.5 and 21–33 Hz, respectively. A study of the surface by scanning electron microscopy makes it possible to reveal the rearrangement of the crystal structure during deposition and its effect on the transport characteristics of the films.
