dc.description.abstractNuclear Power Plants (NPP) with VVER type reactors are under construction in Russia and abroad since 60-th of the past century (the first VVER type power unit was commissioned at Novovoronezh NPP in 1965). At present Nuclear power Plants (the design NPP – 2006) with reactor plant VVER-1200 are successfully operating at Novovoronezh NPP-2 (Units 1 and 2) and Leningrad NPP-2 (Unit 1).
