dc.description.abstract© 2021, Allerton Press, Inc.Abstract: A way of calculating a directional flux of charged particles in near-Earth space under conditions of high anisotropy of the flux is developed. It can be used for telescope-type spectrometers capable of measuring the direction of incident particle arrival.
