The purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate the current state of organizational efficiency using the example of PJSC Acron. The object of research in this final qualifying work is PJSC Acron, a leading producer and exporter of mineral fertilizers. The subject of the research is the efficiency of organizational processes and practices within the company. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography, and annexes. The first chapter is theoretical and methodological in nature. It highlights the concept of organizational efficiency and reveals its economic importance. The second chapter examines the current strategies and efficiency of PJSC Acron. This chapter analyzes the company's financial statements, assesses the impact of internal processes on overall efficiency, and evaluates the key performance indicators (KPI) employed by the company. The third chapter discusses potential improvements to enhance the company's efficiency. It provides an overview of innovative solutions, process optimizations, and strategic recommendations aimed at improving organizational performance. The economic effect of the proposed changes is also calculated.
