dc.description.abstract© 2019 The Author(s)The influence of iron concentration and annealing process with Zn atmosphere on mid-IR kinetics and luminescence intensity of ZnSe crystal doped with iron excited by hot electrons were demonstrated. The mechanisms of excitation are discussed.
