dc.description.abstract© 2019 IEEE.This paper describes the research results of development of noise-immunity memory cell containing a trigger, a delay element, a coincidence element, a gamma sensor, and an electronic key. In the case of upset initiated by gamma radiation, a control signal is generated to transfers the trigger to its initial state. The transition process simulation made it possible to refine the parameters of elements and their connection diagram. The prototype of the upgraded trigger memory cell (TMC) was developed and experimentally confirmed the restoration of the initial state of the trigger cell in case of upset under the radiation.
