| dc.description.abstract | Theme of master's thesis is «Features of evaluating companies with state participation on the example of PJSC «Gazprom». The relevance of the chosen theme is determined by the fact that maximizing the value of the business is the main strategic task of any company, and the skills of interpreting the results of the assessment are a necessary tool for effective business management. An element of the scientific novelty of the work is the definition and application of adjustments in connection with the characteristics of the company. The object of research is the value of the company. The subject of the research is PJSC «Gazprom». The purpose of this master's thesis is to identify features that affect the value of companies with a dominant state participation, to determine and apply the necessary adjustments in the calculations. The first chapter contains a detailed review of approaches to assessing the value of a business and also describes the features of evaluating companies in the oil and gas industry, which shows a high level of theoretical training for a graduate student. The second chapter presents the result of financial analysis and the main calculations of the financial condition of PJSC «Gazprom». The chapter also proposes a method of taking into account the specifics of the oil and gas industry in assessing the value of PJSC «Gazprom». The third chapter is devoted to the valuation of PJSC «Gazprom» and the application of adjustments in connection with the identified features. | |
