Stagnation of the world economy globalization expressed by the strengthening of protectionist measures, the growing introduction of sanctions and trade restrictions, including due to the Covid-19 pandemic, testifies to the crisis of the old world order and the onset of a new one based on qualitatively new equipment, advanced technologies, such as NBICS, and a radically different system of economic relations. A way to leadership, high-quality and crisis-free economic growth is possible only through digitalization of the economy, industrialization based on Industry 4.0, as well as the introduction of a planning system based on new technological paradigm.
