The study and analysis of the sociodynamics of the value of business qualities during the period of study at the university presupposes special approaches to the strategies of such diagnostics. The authors fmd here an obvious contradictions. Theoretical studies show business qualities in the structure of human capital as intertwined with the forms of intangible assets - values and motivation. On the contrary, in practical diagnostic procedures, these relationships are not often taken into account. The article concludes that it is advisable to construct a sociological diagnosis of business qualities based on an appeal to the awareness of the value and significance of these qualities. The empirical part of the study was carried out on the basis of a methodology aimed at studying the growth of the authority of business qualities in the characteristics of imitation standards and comparison with their own qualities. This technique has the ability to analyze the sociodynamics of the value of business qualities among students of various specialties, courses and universities. The technique was tested in universities, including those that are supporting organizations in scientific and educational centers, as well as in foreign universities.
