dc.description.abstract© 2021 Elsevier B.V.The Floquet spectrum of charge carriers of ac-driven Dirac 2D material has been calculated by averaging over the incident radiation period. The possibility of ac-tuned transitions between semimetallic and Floquet insulator states has been shown. The dependence of energy gap induced by high frequency field on the radiation power has been derived. This dependence has been shown to be nonmonotoneous. The density of states in conditions of ac-driving has been analyzed.
