© 2019 IEEE The paper is devoted to issues of quality evaluation of pseudorandom number generators (PRNG) with graphical tests. The paper presents the scientific visualization method, adopted for PRNG quality evaluation. Principles of new PRNG graphical tests development are formulated. Those principles are based on the scientific visualization method. The graphical tests classification based on various properties of tests is presented. Visualization tools used for PRNG tests are considered. Rules and recommendations for visual inspection of pseudorandom sequences are given.
