Аннотация
CONTENT The first chapter of the final qualification work describes the essence, classification and causes of the financial and non-financial risks of the enterprise, as well as methods for managing these categories of risks. The second chapter analyzes the chemical industry and the organization of PJSC «PhosAgro». In addition, an assessment of the financial and non-financial risk of the enterprise was given. Financial risk includes the following components: liquidity risk, credit and market risks. And in non-financial: operational, strategic and ESG risks. In the third chapter of the final qualification work, the financial model of the enterprise was described and forecasts of revenue, expenses and profits were developed. After developing the forecasts, recommendations were given to mitigate the financial and non-financial risks of PJSC «PhosAgro». As a result of the final qualifying work, an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations was given.
