Аннотация
© 2020 IEEE.The advantages of using microwave defrosterostation in the food industry are considered. The need to create medium-capacity chamber-type defrosters with a capacity of up to 400 kg / hour is shown. The results of development of domestic chamber microwave defroster DMK-10.00 with a microwave power of up to 9 kW are presented. The working chamber of the defroster with a volume of more than 1300 liters and turntable operates in multi-mode mode. The installation operates at a frequency of 915 MHz from three magnetrons with microwave power of up to 3 kW. Antenna nodes for entering magnetron power are placed in the upper and lower parts of the unit to ensure uniformity of product warming. The performed tuning of the antenna power input nodes allowed us to obtain the values of the VSWR and transition attenuation coefficients between the antennas required for magnetrons. Research of microwave defroster has been carried out at high power level in the conditions of food industrial production. Operating modes of microwave defrosting of fish blocks and boxes with frozen butter have been developed. Options for upgrading the plant design to increase defrosting performance are proposed.
