ANNOTAION Of final qualifying work of Potapov Roman Aleksandrovich On the topic of «Strategic analysis of the company on the example of PJSC «NK «Rosneft» The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, the main part, presented in three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used, and appendices. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic of the final qualifying work is justified the goal and objectives are set, the object, subject, theoretical basis, scientific novelty, methodology and practical significance of the study are determined. In the first chapter «Theoretical and methodological aspects of strategic analysis in the management system of companies», modern approaches to defining the essence of the concept of «strategic analysis», its tools and goals in the management system of an economic entity are considered. The principles, objects and subjects of modern strategic analysis, as well as the place, role and barriers to its development are defined. The author's approach is proposed, which includes a consistent algorithm for strategic analysis of an oil and gas company with specific stages of its implementation and a set of tools that best form management and analytical information, taking into account the specific features of the industry under consideration. The second chapter «Strategic Analysis of the External and Internal Environment of «Rosneft» presents the general characteristics of the «Rosneft» oil and gas company and analyzes its financial and economic activities. The study of the external and internal environment of the company, including the analysis of macro - and microenvironment factors, the analysis of the oil and gas industry, as well as the analysis of the main competitors, was carried out. The analysis and evaluation of the strategic potential and riskiness, the dividend policy and investment activities of «Rosneft» were also carried out. The article considers and gives a balanced assessment of the existing development strategy of «Rosneft». The third chapter «Evaluation and modeling of the results of the implementation of the development strategy of «Rosneft» examines the impact of the crisis on the current position of the company, simulates key performance indicators, and evaluates the value of the business. The company also assessed the development prospects and identified the main directions for improving the development strategy of «Rosneft». In conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are presented. The work is presented on 140 pages, contains 64 tables and 15 figures.
