| dc.description.abstract | ANNOTATION for graduation qualification work Graduation thesis topic is “Identification of signs of corporate fraud in public procurement in the execution of national projects”. The graduate qualification work includes the introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, the conclusion, the list of used sources and applications. The aim of the graduate qualification work is to study the basic schemes of fraud in public procurement and to study the financial control aimed at combating theft and misuse of budget funds allocated from the federal budget. The main tasks of the graduate qualification work include: •Studying the regulatory framework of public procurement; •Consideration of ways to make public procurement; •Analysis of national projects of the Russian Federation and consideration of fraud methods on their examples; •Analysis of the established practice of conducting the state financial control over the use of budget funds; •Identification of key areas for improving of the control. The first chapter reveals the theoretical aspects of committing fraud in public procurement, their types and methods of committing. The second chapter analyzes national projects and provides examples of fraudulent schemes. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the financial control over the efficient use of budget funds. Recommendations for improving of the control are given at the end.
