© 2020 Elsevier B.V.Laser fragmentation of Al nanoparticles in liquid isopropanol is experimentally studied. Nanoparticles are characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy and measuring disk centrifuge. As the result, the size of Al nanoparticles is reduced from more than 100 nm down to 10 nm. These nanoparticles are considered as additives to liquid hydrocarbon fuels.
