dc.description.abstractAbstract This article has been withdrawn by IOP Publishing following the request by the authors to augment their affiliation by an institution. Upon reviewing the matter, IOP Publishing found that the institution (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) is subject to sanctions by the UK government. To ensure compliance with sanctions regulations, this article has been withdrawn from IOPscience.
