Лицензионное соглашение о размещение объектов хранения в Научном репозитории НИЯУ МИФИ
1.	Федеральное государственное автономное образовательное учреждение высшего образования «Национальный исследовательский ядерный университет «МИФИ» (далее НИЯУ МИФИ) предлагает физическому лицу (далее - «Лицензиар») передать объекты хранения в  открытый репозиторий НИЯУ МИФИ (далее Научный репозиторий НИЯУ МИФИ) на условиях, изложенных в настоящем лицензионном соглашении передачи объектов хранения (далее - «Соглашение»). Соглашение вступает в силу с момента выражения Лицензиаром согласия с его условиями. 
2.	НИЯУ МИФИ предлагает Лицензиару доступ к Научному репозиторию НИЯУ МИФИ с целью размещения (самоархивирования) объектов хранения (далее – «Объекты) в авторской редакции или уже опубликованных объектов в журналах открытого доступа.
3.	НИЯУ МИФИ действует с соблюдением законодательства Российской Федерации в области интеллектуальной деятельности и международных договоров Российской Федерации об охране интеллектуальных прав на результаты интеллектуальной собственности. 
4.	Лицензиар осознает, что загружая объекты в Научный репозиторий НИЯУ МИФИ, он передает их в открытый доступ в сети Интернет на https://openrepository.mephi.ru.
5.	Лицензиар несет ответственность за достоверность загруженных объектов,  соблюдение авторского права, а также гарантирует, что не размещает в репозитории объекты закрытого (секретного) характера.
6.	НИЯУ МИФИ вправе отклонить размещение объектов, если будут нарушены положения настоящего Соглашения.
7.	Лицензиар, разместивший объекты в Научном репозитории НИЯУ МИФИ вправе удалить их в любой момент. В этом случае объекты исключаются из репозитория. У Лицензиара сохраняется возможность в течение 30-ти дней восстановить удаленные объекты.
8.	Лицензиар реализуют свое право, добровольно принимая решение о размещении объектов в Интернет путем подписания электронного лицензионного соглашения.
9.	Настоящее Соглашение составлено на русском и английском языках. Версии Соглашения на русском и английском языках аутентичны.
10.	В случае обнаружения разночтений между русскоязычной версией Соглашения и версией Соглашения на английском языке, применяются положения русскоязычной версии настоящего Соглашения.

License agreement on the placement of storage objects in the Scientific Repository of the NRU MEPhI
1. The Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI"(hereinafter NRU MEPhI) offers an individual(hereinafter the "Licensor") to transfer storage objects to the open repository of NRU MEPhI(hereinafter the Scientific Repository of NRU MEPhI) on the terms set forth in this license agreement for the transfer of storage objects(hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").The Agreement comes into force from the moment the Licensor expresses consent to its terms.
2. NRU MEPhI offers the Licensor access to the Scientific Repository of NRU MEPhI for the purpose of placing (self–archiving) storage objects (hereinafter referred to as "Objects") in the author's edition or already published objects in open access journals.
3.NRU MEPhI operates in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of intellectual activity and international treaties of the Russian Federation on the protection of intellectual property rights to the results of intellectual property.
4. The Licensor is aware that by uploading objects to the Scientific Repository of the NRU MEPhI, he transfers them to open access on the Internet at https://openrepository.mephi.ru .
5. The licensor is responsible for the authenticity of the uploaded objects, compliance with copyright, and also guarantees that he does not place objects of a closed (secret) nature in the repository.
6. MEPhI has the right to reject the placement of objects if the provisions of this Agreement are violated.
7. The licensor who has placed objects in the Scientific Repository of the MEPhI Research Institute has the right to delete them at any time. In this case, the objects are excluded from the repository. The Licensor still has the opportunity to restore deleted objects within 30 days.
8. The Licensor exercises his right by voluntarily making a decision on the placement of objects on the Internet by signing an electronic license agreement.
9. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian and English. The Russian and English versions of the Agreement are authentic.
10. In case of discrepancies between the Russian version of the Agreement and the English version of the Agreement, the provisions of the Russian version of this Agreement shall apply.
